A class that includes both cardio and toning. The total body workout includes cardiovascular benefits and strengthening and toning of muscles that is fun and effective. It includes using weights and exercise bands to tone those trouble spots. No experience necessary and all equipment provided.

L.I.F.T – Low Impact Functional Training Are you looking for a class that will challenge your cardio vascular health without the impact of jumping? And, develop total body strength? Movements will be performed in ways to promote balance and sustainability. An excellent class to give variation to those who are constantly working at a level of high intensity and those new to the fitness world.
