What stays the same are all the elements that Zumba is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere.

A class that includes both cardio and toning. The total body workout includes cardiovascular benefits and strengthening and toning of muscles that is fun and effective. It includes using weights and exercise bands to tone those trouble spots. No experience necessary and all equipment provided
